Description

Overview 1. Support planning related processes in collaboration with PEP SC function 2. Provide ChCC Planning services to China Foods by utilizing data and technology 3. Deliver supporting services in guaranteeing production related resources availability according to planning and scheduling 4. Support to analyze performance data and other relevant data 5. Conduct planning activity in SAP in defined module 6. Review and make sure system master data updated Responsibilities • Support SAP operations per defined scope with stable demand • Generate KPI and tracking report as requested • Monitor prescheduled procedure in SAP, perform double-check and make modifications as needed. • Support material status confirmation in collaboration with cross-functional team • Communicate with suppliers and track acknowledgement in collaboration tool • Communicate and manage complaints • Evaluate risk and take proactive action plan among key stakeholders, to make minimized impact to business. • Support SAP operations per defined scopes. • Generate KPI report as requested. • General support on reporting: • Maintain master data in reporting system • Standardize reporting & analytics as a competitive advantage of China OU • Support template development. • Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership, and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating. • Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 2 year of planning experience in manufacturing industry • Solid production planning and inventory knowledge • Experience in FMCG Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing is desired. • SAP expertise desired • Good skills in Microsoft Office. · Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills · Customer-centric and collaborative spirit · Good English skill in reading, writing. · Be able to work under pressure
