Overview In this role as a Production Planning Associate Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end finished goods supply plan for assigned manufacturing sites across EMEA. Your work ensures product availability, stable service to the markets, and smooth production execution. You will translate short- and mid-term capacity inputs into a clear, daily production plan and help teams stay aligned when exceptions or changes appear. Responsibilities What You Will Do Production & Supply Planning Build and maintain the weekly and daily production plan within the 0–16-week horizon. Balance capacity, materials, and inventory targets to deliver service for all SKUs. Review detailed line-scheduling plans and ensure they are executable. Inventory & Performance Monitor inventory levels and anticipate risks like shortages, overstocks, or waste. Track key service metrics and identify “worst performers.” Support analysis of root causes and help define simple, actionable recovery plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with production, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to resolve constraints. Serve as a key planning connection between local markets and regional EMEA teams. Communicate supply-plan updates clearly to scheduling teams and partners. Change & New Projects Support new product launches, transitions, and phase-in/phase-out processes. Ensure planning systems and master data are ready before changes go live. Share updates proactively through the right planning and communication channels. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Fluent in English - collaborative, open communicator, and comfortable working with teams from different cultures. 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Planning, or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level - formulas, analysis, pivot tables). ERP System Knowledge (SAP, Oracle, IBP or related) Understanding of planning fundamentals such as MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management Able to stay organized, adapt to changes, and manage competing priorities.
