Position Title: SCA – Computer Systems Analyst -Dispatch
Location: Dededo, Guam
Rivet Operations Company has an opening for a Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in the Dededo, Guam area. Rivet Operations Company (“Rivet”) is a leader in physical and cyber security, scientific research, development, and facilities management.
The Telecommunications Dispatcher manages communications between agencies, supporting offices within the Navy. This position handles emergency and non-emergency calls, relay information, coordinate responses, and provide instructions to callers. Telecommunicators issue, monitor, and track the status of trouble ticket and work orders for responding team members and synchronize responses with technicians and planners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:

• Using the customer’s trouble ticketing system, create work orders and trouble tickets related to customer projects and issues reported daily.
• Work project planners and plant team members to coordinate schedules with customer requests or immediate needs.
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors or emergency personnel.
• Using telephones, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnel
• Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work schedules.
• Prepare work orders for crew or receiving work orders from work crew members
• Maintain and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
• Maintain and update weekly and monthly status reports.

Compensation Minimum: $30.00 / hour
Compensation Maximum: $35.00 / hour

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Personnel performing on this effort must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Personnel shall possess a valid Guam driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle on Guam. Local travel may be required to perform field support within Government owned facilities on Guam.
• 2+ years of experience performing Computer Systems Analyst related functions.
• Must possess and maintain an IAT level II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
• Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel.
• Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties.
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.
• Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances.
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all staff.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
