Job Description Providing field support to project and promote compliance of TEPMA1 HSE working at height and scaffolding requirements. Position based in Afungi and associated sites (where required), rotation schedule (28/28), within a high-risk industrial environment (LNG project). Commitment to achieving zero incident and continual improvement. Activities : Supervise erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding in compliance with TEPMA1 standards and international norms (EN 12811, OSHA). Supervise Rope access activities when required Always lead by example and promote TEPMA1 Golden Rules and STOP Card Stop Work Authority Implements applicable occupational health and safety company rules and procedures Conducting awareness and guidance program to make the workforce aware of the risks related to working at height Ensure One HSE team spirit with Contractors’ and Subcontractors’ HSE and scaffold field teams Ensure temporary structures meet HSE requirements and engineering plans. Perform daily scaffold inspections and document checks in TEPMA1 systems. Train and raise awareness among Tepma1 team on safe scaffolding practices, working at height and use of full body harness when required Participate in JSA preparation for work at height when required Provide assurance at sites that TEPMA1, and Contractor conduct thorough, open and transparent incident investigations when required Actively support HSE applications for return on Experience, Management of Change and Continual Improvement Promote positive environmental protection culture aligned to TEPMA1 environmental Policy Ensure clear and concise written handovers are provided for Back-to-Back Responsabilities : Zero scaffolding and work at height related incidents. Compliance with TEPMA1 standards and contractual requirements. Ensures field personnel are conversant with the Client safety culture tools including usage of stop cards Ensures work is performed safely and environmentally sound manner Qualifications Technical diploma or scaffolding certification (CISRS or equivalent). Previous experience on Layer scaffold would be a plus IRATA 3 certificate would be a plus Minimum 10 years’ experience supervising scaffolding on industrial projects. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and PTW systems. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, SharePoint). Fluent English (spoken and written).
