Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. Job Description Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures at oil & gas facilities according to approved drawings and engineering specifications. Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards before and after use. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to plan scaffolding requirements for ongoing projects. Ensure all scaffolding work complies with company policies, OSHA, and other regulatory safety standards. Assist in the rigging and lifting of materials and equipment as required. Maintain proper documentation of scaffolding inspections and any safety incidents. Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents. Perform general labor duties related to construction activities when required. Qualifications High school diploma, ITI or equivalent. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent). Knowledge of scaffolding standards, load capacities, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications. Physically fit and capable of working at heights for extended periods. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
