REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in scaffold building or a related construction field is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid construction-related qualification or certification is an advantage.

Schedule:

Work Location: On the roa

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for the assembly of scaffolding components.
• Work closely with other trades, including masons, carpenters, and electricians, to ensure integration of scaffold systems with ongoing work.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding for safety compliance and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Assist in training new team members on scaffold building techniques and safety practices.
• Fabricate custom scaffolding solutions as required by specific project needs.
