JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scaffolding design, planning, and supervision in industrial or construction environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Engineer in industrial or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards (BS EN, OSHA, etc.)
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant design tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with site safety procedures and risk assessment

• Design and evaluate scaffolding systems as per site requirements and safety standards
• Prepare detailed scaffolding drawings and calculations
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and engineering guidelines
• Coordinate with project managers, safety teams, and clients
• Supervise scaffolding teams and ensure proper implementation
• Prepare documentation and reports related to scaffolding activities
