    Overview of the Role
    This is a full-time role for an experienced Scaffolding Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates. You will play a key part in winning new work and ensuring profitable project delivery. Reporting closely with management and project teams, you’ll review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to provide cost-effective solutions. The role offers autonomy, client interaction, and the chance to shape the success of upcoming projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Review project documentation, tender requests, and drawings to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Calculate materials, labour, transport, and hire costs using square metre rates and project-specific data.
  • Liaise with clients, supervisors, engineers, and suppliers to clarify scope and confirm accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations and proposals within required timeframes.
  • Maintain estimating spreadsheets, models, and pricing databases.
