Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foremen to support projects in multiple regions. This position involves planning, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding systems in compliance with OSHA standards. Essential Job Responsibilities Organize and load materials from the yard for scaffold builds. Deliver and stage scaffolding at job sites. Interpret drawings or plans to lay out scaffold systems. Assemble scaffolds to match prepared designs and adapt to building conditions. Install hoisting systems, stairs, and ladders for safe access. Dismantle scaffolds systematically and prepare materials for transport. Maintain organization during scaffold moves and breakdowns. Minimum Qualifications Required: Provide support to a scaffolding crew in the erection, maintaining and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Inspect scaffolding components for damage and other defects. Utilize scaffolding tools in the erection, maintaining and dismantling of scaffolding. Participates in the leveling and squaring of scaffold base, attaching braces, horizontals, ladders, toe boards, swing gates. Perform general housekeeping on the job site. Any other duties as assigned by supervision. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Preferred: Must be able to clearly explain steps and provide clear directions. Must be able to complete and complete the paperwork required for purchase orders, time sheets, etc. and answer questions about the construction processes for field staff and other subcontractors.
