Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our dynamic team.

As the Leading Hand Scaffolder, you’ll take charge of a small team, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant scaffold installations and dismantles.
You’ll work closely with site supervisors and clients to meet project deadlines and maintain the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise scaffold teams on-site
- Complete handover certificates and relevant compliant paperwork
- Provide material/gear lists for variation/additional material required
- Interpret scaffold drawings and plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Communicate effectively with site management and clients
- Train and mentor junior scaffolders and labourers
Requirements
- Advanced Scaffolding Ticket (valid and up to date)
- Minimum 3+ years of scaffolding experience
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Leadership experience and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices
