Key Responsibilities
· First point of contact for social housing residents to report required repairs / defects in their homes.
· Liaise with clients, operatives, subcontractors at all levels.
· Planning/scheduling works, booking appointments, raising orders, uploading information to our bespoke inhouse system, and allocating work.
· Managing operatives’ diaries, ensuring all operatives have a full day’s work and productivity is optimised.
· Preparing orders for invoicing, checking paperwork and photos are satisfactory.
· Ensuring all orders are completed or rescheduled daily.
· Scheduling any follow-on work required in a timely manner.
· Informing supervisors/managers if operatives miss appointments or if sourcing of materials negatively impacts on productivity.
· Responding to internal and resident enquiries.
· Regularly and consistently updating works monitoring system.
· General administration duties.
· Meetings with clients when required.
Requirements
· Planning/scheduling experience.
. Scaffolding experience (desirable only)
· Social housing/building services experience.
. Confident telephone manner, good customer service skills.
· Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Ability to learn how to use new systems quickly.
· Be able to work as part of a team.
