JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Superintendent to oversee scaffolding operations on process industry works in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and inspecting all scaffolding activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5–8 years of scaffolding experience, including 2–3 years in a senior supervisory role .
• WSQ Supervise Metal Scaffold Erection or equivalent certification.
• Familiar with Singapore’s local regulations and codes of practice.
• Sound knowledge of different scaffolding systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in various environments (industrial plants).
• Ability to read technical drawings and scaffolding layouts.
• Proficient in basic MS Office tools for reporting and planning.
• Both office and site-based position; may involve working at heights and in confined spaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MOM-registered Scaffolding Supervisor .
• Experience in projects in Singapore.

• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities on-site, including erection, modification, dismantling, and inspection.
• Plan daily scaffolding operations in coordination with the project team and safety team.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s workplace safety and health regulations.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox meetings for scaffolding teams.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project engineers to meet scaffolding requirements.
• Prepare reports, risk assessments, and method statements as needed.
• Manage manpower, materials, and scaffolding inventory efficiently.
