We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. Job Description Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities at offshore sites. Ensure all scaffolding work meets ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) before commencing work. Manage scaffolding teams, ensuring proper allocation of manpower and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect scaffolding structures to verify stability, load capacity, and compliance with work permits. Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure scaffolding supports operational needs. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, materials used, and permits issued. Train and mentor scaffolders on best practices, hazard identification, and offshore safety measures. Participate in audits, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation. Ensure proper tagging (Green, Yellow, Red) of scaffolding structures as per industry standards. Qualifications Certification in Scaffolding (CISRS, TUV, or equivalent). Minimum 8+ years of experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of BS EN, OSHA, and ADNOC scaffolding regulations. Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, H2S, PTW, Work at Height). Experience in managing scaffolding operations in hazardous offshore environments. Strong leadership, communication, and safety enforcement skills. Additional Information Familiarity with ADNOC offshore procedures and work permit systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for scaffolding requirements. Experience working in offshore rotations and managing multi-national teams.
