JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Scaffolding Yard Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard and ensuring that all tools and materials are organised and readily available for use. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, contributing to various construction-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• CSCS Card (Required)- You must have a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Forklift Licence (Preferred but not required)- A forklift License is a bonus, but not essential.
• Experience in a similar yard or construction role is an advantage.

• Yard Operations: Maintain and organize scaffolding materials, ensuring everything is safely stored and easy to access.
• Equipment handling: Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials and equipment to and from vehicles
• Health & safety: Strictly follow safety protocols and ensure all equipment is compliant with safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and check equipment for damage
• Team Support: Collaborate with Scaffolders and other yard staff to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries
