Job Description AIM Eco-Center is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in St-Augustin, Quebec, Monday to Friday. The Scale Clerk plays an important role in weighing materials and providing customer service. What you’re responsible for: Greet customers Weigh materials Enter delivery slips into the software Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed Prepare shipping documents Track material shipments Prepare reports Qualifications To join our team: You have solid experience in customer service. You demonstrate a customer satisfaction-oriented approach. You have a good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable with computer tools. You are known for your thoroughness and attention to detail. You are skilled with computer software and systems. You excel at mental arithmetic and are comfortable with numbers. You have experience in the transportation industry (an asset).
