Job Details: Scale House Lead – Live Haul (Camilla, GA) Position Summary Tyson Foods is seeking a Scale House Lead to support Live Haul operations at our Camilla complex. This role is responsible for coordinating truck flow, ensuring accurate load documentation, and supporting daily scale house operations to keep production running efficiently. What You’ll Do Weigh inbound and outbound trucks and generate accurate scale tickets Enter and track load data, including weights and farm information Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, growers, and plant teams to manage load flow Monitor and resolve discrepancies in load information Support team operations and provide training as needed Promote and maintain a safe work environment What We’re Looking For 1 year of experience in a lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity—preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in logistics, agriculture, or production (preferred) Work Environment Combination of office and outdoor work Interaction with drivers and operations teams Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
