Job Description What you're responsible for: Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. Accurately recording vehicle weights and related data in the centralized system. Calculating costs for drivers based on vehicle weight and ensuring accurate billing. Operating and maintaining scale operations, including weighing trucks and updating reports. Handling cashier duties a few days per week, including processing cash transactions securely. Utilize computer skills for data entry, reporting, and communication (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, etc.). Qualifications To join our team: You have previous general office experience; cashier experience is a plus. You have strong reading, writing, and basic math skills with attention to detail. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable entering information accurately. You are reliable and punctual You can stand, walk, and work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. You are team-oriented yet capable of working independently; safety-focused at all times. (High school diploma or GED required; experience in transportation, trucking, or industrial yard environments and radio communication is a plus.) Additional Information
