JOB SUMMARY:

This role includes weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, processing various forms of payment, customer service, and providing support and administrative coordination across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office 365, data entry and adaptive learning
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Attention to detail
• Strong basic math skills
• Demonstrate ability to multitask, react to changing conditions and function well under the pressure of deadlines

• Responsible for weighing inbound and outbound scale traffic, verifying scale tickets, and ensuring payment is accurate.
• Operating weigh scales and scale software.
• Maintain radio communication with operations.
• Follows all cash handling procedures – meeting and exceeding cashier variance policy.
• Provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service with excellent product knowledge
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of pricing and end of day reconciliation.
• Daily administration support
• Provide general administrative and reception services
• Provide accounting support through execution of invoice payment, create and maintain filing system for invoices and other finance related documents
• Manage and file a variety of records, both hard copy and electronic on a continual basis
• Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
• This job requires open availability which may include Opening, Closing as well as Weekends. You may occasionally be required to work extended hours to meet critical deadlines
