Overview REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. Responsibilities Scheduling in and out bound shipments. Weigh all inbound and outbound trucks and notify member of management of any discrepancies (shortage and/or overages). Completing inbound and outbound shipment paperwork. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Shipping and Receiving departments. Ensure correct packaging and quality of product shipped. Monitoring shipping and receiving data. Compiling reports for management review. Correctly entering all necessary information into Oracle and BEST on a timely basis. Assigning lot numbers to incoming loads and entering into Oracle. Miscellaneous faxing, copying and filing. Maintaining safe and environmentally sound behavior and ensuring that proper work procedures and practices are followed. Wear all required uniform and PPE provided. Participating in quality, safety and environmental meetings and training, as needed. Pulling samples for shipments. Refilling stick supply for yard cards. Other duties as assigned.
