  • Prepare accurate service reports to clients and inspection reports to Measurement Canada.

Customer Support

  • Provide professional guidance to clients on safe operation and preventative maintenance of equipment.
  • Respond to urgent service calls with a calm, solution-focused approach.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable, high-quality service.

Training
· Participate in company training programs to stay current with regulatory and technical requirements.
· Assist in developing training materials, SOPs, and technical resources.
· Deliver hands-on training and mentorship to apprentices or new technicians when required.
· Support the implementation of new training initiatives across the team

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and company equipment.
  • Uphold all company safety standards, policies, and training requirements.
  • Manage parts and equipment inventory with accuracy and accountability.
