Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re expanding our Nordic Customer Success team and looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about creating value at scale. This isn’t just about managing customers. It’s about shaping how we serve and support a rapidly growing customer base in smarter, more scalable ways. By joining us, you’ll play a vital role in building the very foundation for what Customer Success means in the digital era - not just at Simployer, but across the HR tech landscape.
You’ll be joining a strong and ambitious team in Norway, working side-by-side with expert CSMs, Revenue Operations, Customer Marketing, Product, and our Care team. Your focus? Our Expert Help customers - a large and diverse segment - where you’ll lead initiatives that improve adoption, drive retention, and create measurable impact across the full customer lifecycle.
This role is key to our long-term strategy: What you create here will influence not just your customers, but the success model for our entire CS organization.
Skills & Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Run strategic, one-to-many engagement programs such as webinars, lifecycle campaigns, and digital content.
  • Own the full customer journey - onboarding, adoption, renewal - for a large and varied customer base.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address churn signals using data tools like Planhat and Power BI.
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Customer Care and Expert Advisors to align strategy and insights.
  • Continuously improve automation and digital touchpoints to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to define and shape a high-performing, scalable Customer Success model that will grow with Simployer.
  • Work closely with other Scaled CSMs as part of a strong and ambitious Nordic CS team and drive consistency and innovation across markets.
