Our partner, a reputable group of companies in the Energy Sector, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of a SCAN HRMS Specialist as part of their HR Department. Mission: In this role, you will be member of the HRBP team & will collaborate with the internal payroll team and department heads. The primary focus of this role is to efficiently manage employee scheduling, time and attendance using the company’s HRMS system, while also generating reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Opportunity You will be responsible for: Collecting, analyzing, reviewing, and processing time shifts and attendance in regards to time management of the employees (e.g., daily time schedules, new hires, digital card, leaves, overtime, etc.). Utilizing the HRMS system to accurately track and manage employee time and attendance records. Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping. Generating reports and other deliverables according to company needs, to provide insight. Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, public authorities, and company employment contracts. Managing the data integration of the HRMS information system to other platforms according to the company’s procedures. Handling HR administrative tasks and matters of the company’s personnel in regards to the usage of the time management systems. Developing and maintaining knowledge of current Labour Legislation. Adhering to strict deadlines and providing services of the highest quality. Assisting in process improvements and optimization of HRMS functionalities to enhance efficiency.
