Job Title: SCAN Client Services Analyst Location: Shenzhen City, China About the role: The Client Services Analyst is an integral member of the Supply Chain Services CONNECT SCREEN SUPPLIER operations team. Responsibilities will include managing clients’ experience within Connect SCREEN Supplier by providing on-boarding support, program configuration, client specific Supply Chain analysis, business reviews of client accounts and their suppliers along with recommendations for program improvements. This role will primarily be providing support to the SCAN Association. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to training and conducting presentations for the SCAN Service Providers and factory users, CAPA process facilitation, cross training on all SCAN processes and procedures as well as create and provide documentation for the SCAN program. This job is about client satisfaction through responsive service and proficiency in using the CONNECT SCREEN SUPPLIER software for the SCAN Program. You will build on trusted relationships and add value to our clients and their businesses by providing them with excellent service with every interaction. SCAN Client Services Analyst Responsibilities: - Work with SCAN and CONNECT SCREEN SUPPLIER Program Managers to design implementation schedules for new clients. - Follow project implementation schedules for new clients and participate in planning, designing, and configuring CONNECT SCREEN SUPPLIER to meet client needs - Facilitate the CAPA process by reviewing completed audits, determining any gaps or non-conformances, assign the appropriate corrective actions and review all submissions until the audit cycles are complete for each factory - Support with regular SCAN Program management related tasks such as compiling metrics, newsletters, follow up calls/emails and responding to customer service related inquiries - Provide first level support to assigned clients in the identification and resolution of issues - Identify issues and opportunities within projects to provide implementation solutions and potential sales opportunities - Investigate and follow through on the resolution of issues for clients - Provide regular reports consisting of detailed analysis of client accounts for trending and risk identification - Assist with development and maintenance of client training plans and materials - Provide team support as you assist with projects, reporting and documentation updates - Provide CONNECT SCREEN SUPPLIER product demonstrations and training for potential and current clients Education/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree; in business or supply chain management or compliance is preferred - Prior experience working with customers’ audit programs and to identify opportunities, as well as implement and support software solutions - Experience working in an software support/implementation/services environment is preferred, but not required - Experience with data analytics and presentations Do you believe the world deserves excellence?
