Candidates not currently located in the state of South Carolina must be willing to relocate prior to start date] REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners, printers, and Microsoft Office CORE JOB FUNCTIONS Removing staples, organizing files, and labeling records in preparation for scanning Accurately and efficiently digitize a large volume of paper documents Review scanned images to ensure complete and legible capture of all data Index and file electronic documents in the appropriate database or folder system Maintain organized physical filing systems Promptly and accurately respond to requests fir file retrieval and delivery Ensure secure handling of confidential information Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS Previous clerical, scanning, records management, or office experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to work and meet deadlines independently Strong aptitude for effective communication and time-management
