Description
Equipment engineers are responsible for mastering the structure and operating principles of production equipment and engaging in activities to enhance the productivity of production machinery. The roles and responsibilities of a Photo ASML DUV Scanner Equipment Engineer are as follows: Strictly adhere to and implement safety and quality protocols. Operate and maintain ASML DUV scanner equipment to improve equipment utilization. Conduct troubleshooting to swiftly resolve equipment issues and ensure efficient performance. Perform equipment and software upgrades to achieve improved equipment performance. Undertake the startup tasks for new equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and successfully implement process improvements. Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement. Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Passion for learning, growth, and self-development. Commitment to achieving goals with perseverance. Business-level proficiency in Japanese, English, or both. Knowledge and experience related to Photo Lithography processes. Knowledge and experience with exposure equipment, particularly ASML DUV Scanner systems.
