Job Description 1. กำกับดูแล สอบทานระเบียบ คู่มือ นโยบาย คำสั่ง และ Procedure ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเกณฑ์ด้านธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ 2. ติดตามข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลง/แก้ไขกฎเกณฑ์ และสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. ให้คำปรึกษากฎเกณฑ์ และประกาศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ของธนาคาร กับ Business Function หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในธนาคาร 4. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล ได้แก่ สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. สำนักงาน คปภ. (Unit link) ในการรายงาน การหารือ การเข้าตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของธนาคาร รวมถึงข้อชี้แจงผลการตรวจสอบ 5. ร่วมเป็นคณะทำงานกับ Business Function ในการออกผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ 6. ริเริ่มโครงการงาน Automate / AI ในงาน Compliance หรือของทีม Wealth Banking 7. เป็นคณะทำงานต่างๆ เช่น Sub Complaint Committee คณะกรรมการสอบสวนข้อเท็จจริงเรื่องร้องเรียน เป็นต้น และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย Qualification : ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน นิติศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจธนาคารพาณิชย์ มีความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และความเข้าใจในกฎหมาย และมีพื้นฐานงานด้านการกำกับดูแล หรืองานตรวจสอบ ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน หรือธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ของธนาคาร We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Responsibilities

Oversee and review regulations, policies, and procedures related to securities business while coordinating with regulatory bodies like the SEC and OIC. Provide guidance on securities laws to internal business functions and lead automation projects for compliance and wealth banking.
