Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the wider Tech Experience & Colleague Enablement as a line of defence against incidents, service requests, application packaging, Problem management
  • Support and collaborate with other teams to deliver projects or value stream activities
  • Help to configure the banks base colleagues’ platform/ image and keep it up to date, patched, compliant in line with the technical road map
  • Responsible for software packaging, deployment, addressing application vulnerability and ensuring applications and features to support our colleagues
  • Support the desktop infrastructure and hardware to ensure it meets current and future business needs
  • Own and complete key tasks and deliverables, in the vision, goals, objectives, priorities, and key strategies for your area as well as driving continuous improvement
  • Partner with wider teams and third parties to continually optimise both in terms of technology
