Scent Design Trainee

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Project management, Partner with internal customers / stakeholders to ensure fragrance strategies align to overall business objectives.
• Creative Excellence, Partner with internal stakeholders to establish the creative strategy to drive the overall success of a project which fulfil customers’ expectations and ensure profitability.
• Sharing market product knowledge / brand portfolio knowledge with internal stakeholders to help guide the creative process.
• Knowledge Management, Have a thorough understanding of the process for managing the Scent Portfolio.
• Customer focus and teamwork, drive the creative process by ensuring strong working relationships with internal / external customers.
• Present Market trends, fragrance trends and CI analysis in partnership with relevant disciplines.
• Olfactive Skills , Ability to identify potential fragrances based on brand fit and market relevance.
• Business Acumen, Maintain good overview on the relationship between creative process, decisions, cost, product performance and constraints in developing fragrances.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
• Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
• Excellent influencing skills, good business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong project management skills, disciplined and willing to embrace diversity.
• Ability to deliver in a fast changing environment with good prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in English, other language proficiency is a plus.
