Where You’ll Make a Difference Conducted sensory evaluations and analytical testing (e.g., Densitometer, Refractometer, GC, GC-MS) to ensure quality and compliance of finished fragrance products and raw materials. Made critical decisions on the approval or rejection of goods based on test results and specifications. Collaborated with global teams for remote interpretation of gas chromatography data to support product analysis. Maintained accurate documentation and data entry in SAP to support traceability and reporting. Led investigations into customer complaints and internal quality non-conformances, proposing effective product salvage plans. Ensured laboratory equipment reliability through regular maintenance and performance checks. Promoted a strong safety culture and ensured adherence to QC protocols including ISO9001, ISO22716, and Global Quality Policy. Contributed to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and supporting business growth. Provided ongoing support to customers, perfumers, vendors, and affiliates, while mentoring interns and executing tasks assigned by supervisors. What Makes You the Right Fit Degree holder in Chemistry or other relevant discipline. Experience with fragrances is an advantage. Basic odor evaluation skills (smelling ability).
