For more information, click here. Role reports to: GER FINANCAS Location: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos Work Location: Hybrid What you will do What You Will Do? This position will oversee the financial management of supply chain budget (COGS and SG&A), providing strategic insights to accomplish P&L and Working Capital Targets. This role involves processes automation, budgeting, expenses optimization and financial reporting while ensuring all compliance aspects of the Supply Chain. The employee will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive efficiency and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Data analytics: strong background in Power-BI, Tableau and Power Apps tools (mandatory) FP&A: financial analysis and forecasting (actuals vs. budget and prior year), identifying processes improvements and automations Cost Management: cost-saving initiatives, analyze cost drivers and enhance profitability Financial Reporting: prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree (Economy, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or related) Language: English (fluent or advanced) and Spanish (desirable) Experience: At least 2 years in FMCG sector (desirable) Skills: Finance background & routines (P&L structure, BvAs and PVM), proficiency in One Stream and ERPs (eg. SAP) Competencies: Organization, analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven and collaboration abilities.
