Schedule Integration Manager Location: Kirtland AFB, NM, 87417 JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly skilled Schedule Integration Manager to join our team in Kirtland AFB, NM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in schedule integration and proficiency with MATE Technologies. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination and integration of project schedules to support successful project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the integration of multiple project schedules to create a cohesive master schedule. * Utilize MATE Technologies to manage, analyze, and optimize project timelines. * Collaborate with project managers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and accuracy. * Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and risks proactively. * Prepare and present schedule integration reports and updates to senior management. * Maintain schedule documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience as a Schedule Integration Manager or similar role. * Strong proficiency with MATE Technologies and related scheduling tools. * Excellent understanding of project scheduling principles and methodologies. * Ability to analyze complex schedules and identify potential issues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. * Relevant certifications in scheduling or project management are a plus. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in schedule integration or project scheduling roles.
