Description Summary/Objective The Scheduler will oversee the day-to-day scheduling tasks to keep staff and client schedules up-to-date so operations can run smoothly. This position generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas: scheduling and payroll. Essential Duties Complete the schedule for all clients, including ABA line therapy, ABA supervision, ABA family guidance, OT services, and SLP services (as applicable). Create and maintain staff schedules, including but not limited to checking schedules in Measure for accuracy and approving for payroll. See scheduler job aid for full details and responsibilities. Serves as the systems expert for Measure and, as such, field questions related to the systems. Monitors client authorizations in collaboration with the clinical team. Competencies Communication. Position Expected Hours of Work Pathways established a life/work balance policy with the goal of assisting staff in preserving personal time. This is a full-time position. Work hours for this position are typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Requirements Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in scheduling or managing others. Ability to navigate technology. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelors' degree in business or related field. Three to five years of business administration experience.
