Key responsibility include (but not limited to):
· The daily scheduling of 7 maintenance teams.
· Organising staff time sheets and sending of monthly wages to an external payroll provider.
· Sending emails to customers and suppliers.
· Managing MOT’s and tax of c.10 the vehicles.
· Recording and communicating staff holidays.
· Managing insurance for the business.
· Ensuring we have the appropriate stock levels (stationary, PPE and stock).
· Answering the phone if the other management team are out of the office.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE:

· Managing their time and being very organised.
· Proofing work.
· Planning and scheduling.
· Following a process with an open mind of improvement.
· Good communication skills.
· General ad hoc duties; including purchasing, emails, and answering/making calls.
