Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group which includes clinics, doctors, and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care. Responsibilities Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience. Accurately and compassionately schedules/reschedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines. Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR). Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA). Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment. Preferred Job Requirements: Associate degree or higher in a related field of study. 1+ year healthcare background/experience and/or call center experience. 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare field/role or call center environment.
Responsibilities
