Description JOB TITLE: Scheduler EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular WORK STATUS: Full-Time FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt OCCUPATIONAL GROUP: Professional REPORTS TO: Program Manger DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None The Scheduler manages the daily, weekly, and long-range coordination of all aircrew and maintenance training events for the C-5 Training System. This role builds, updates, and optimizes schedules for classrooms, simulators, and other training resources to meet contract and customer requirements. Essential Functions of the Position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required for a C-5 scheduler. Develop and maintain training schedules for classroom, simulator, and other training events. Coordinate with site leadership, instructors, technicians, and Government representatives to align schedules with syllabi and mission priorities. Deconflict resources such as classrooms, briefing rooms, and training devices to maximize utilization. Track changes, cancellations, and re-schedules and communicate updates to all affected personnel. Provide schedule data and utilization metrics as required. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and/or Experience: The following are the requisite education and/or experience required to qualify for the position as a C-5 Scheduler. Typically 5+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or training coordination. Experience working in a complex, multi-asset training or operations environment. Proficiency with scheduling or training management systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Eligibility for a Government security clearance, if required by contract.

The Scheduler manages the coordination of aircrew and maintenance training events for the C-5 Training System. This includes developing and maintaining training schedules and coordinating with various stakeholders to align schedules with mission priorities.
