Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Scheduler (Construction Management) to provide onsite Construction Facilities Management (CFM) support at the West Haven VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT. This role supports major renovation and construction efforts within an active VA medical facility by providing scheduling, planning, and schedule analysis services in support of Government requirements. Requirements Ability to perform full-time onsite scheduling support at an occupied VA medical facility. Working knowledge of federal construction scheduling requirements and processes. Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for construction projects. Proficiency using Primavera P6 (or P3) for schedule development, updates, and analysis. Ability to review contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and change order fragnets for accuracy and compliance. Experience performing schedule impact analysis, time delay analysis, and identifying schedule risks. Ability to support construction progress meetings and schedule review meetings with contractors and Government stakeholders. Experience preparing schedule reports, narratives, graphs, and schedule-related documentation. Ability to coordinate scheduling activities with engineering, construction management, and project controls staff. Experience maintaining project documentation including schedule updates, schedule narratives, progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with VA or federal project management systems preferred. Relevant Experience Experience supporting construction scheduling for healthcare, VA, or federally funded construction projects. Experience supporting large renovation or major construction projects within active or occupied facilities. Experience performing schedule analysis in support of change orders, claims, or time extensions preferred. Prior VA, VISN, Department of Defense, or other federal healthcare facility experience strongly preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning preferred. Minimum of 5 years of construction scheduling experience; federal or healthcare project experience strongly preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Project Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification a plus.
