BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in construction and/or transportation projects with the ability to evaluate and develop complex schedules; at least two (2) years of this experience should be in the transportation industry.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction project scheduling of varying complexities, including integrated master schedules.
• Familiarity with industry construction standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and Primavera P6.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Procore.
• Certification as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) per AACE International or Scheduling Professional (PMISP) per PMI.

• Support the Project Management staff with planning, scheduling, and coordination of traction power and AC power contracts.
• Update data in the Procore system through direct input of contractrelated data or uploading data files.
• Assist in the preparation, evaluation, and critical analysis of project CPM schedules, including review of contractor project baseline schedules, monthly progress schedules, weekly lookahead schedules, time impact analysis, risk analysis, and schedule conformance tracking.
• Assist in monitoring project activities, claims, change orders, progress reporting, payments, and other contract administration functions.
• Perform other projectrelated duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or Task Manager.
