Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm Spring and Fall are our busy seasons! Previous office experience needed. Customer service skills necessary. Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets. *Does not require any in-person customer interaction.* Duties include: Schedule both residential and commercial customers Use Google Docs / company software database / scheduling system to coordinate date / time / locations for jobs Collaborate with other Scheduling staff - must work well as a part of a team!
