SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous scheduling/coordination experience (civil industry preferred)
  • Assignar software knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with managers to plan weekly tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate vac truck operations
  • Manage incoming job bookings and outgoing works
  • Submit accurate purchase and work orders
