Description
We’re seeking a Scheduler with home care experience and hands-on experience using WellSky to join our team! This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, and supporting recruiting efforts through phone screenings. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and an effective communicator. Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage daily scheduling activities. • Conduct phone screenings for potential candidates when needed. • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth scheduling operations. • Maintain accurate records and updates in the scheduling system. • Assist with administrative and recruiting-related tasks as required. Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 7AM – 5PM EST (Fridays 8M – 5PM, flexible) • A minimum of 2–3 years of scheduling experience within the home care industry. • Experience with WellSky (9–12 months preferred). • Comfortable working with different scheduling software. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Soft Skills • Friendly and outgoing personality. • Clear and calm communication style (easy to understand, not speaking too fast). • Strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Positive and proactive mindset. Preferred • Previous experience in recruiting or phone screening
