We are seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler to join the HVAC and Fire Services team in a full time capacity working out of our Osborne Park office.

• Schedule and allocate service and maintenance works for HVAC and Fire technicians.
• Coordinate reactive call-outs to meet client SLA requirements.
• Work closely with operations, project, and field teams to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor compliance, service reports, and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling and workflow processes.
• calls using quoting tools.
• Vet and receipt subcontractor service reports and invoices, issuing invoices upon completion.
• Approve technician timesheets and maintain the on-call roster.
• Manage projects administration, including scheduling, procurement, invoicing, claims, and retentions.
• Handle credit requests, invoice rejections, and compliance documentation such as yearly condition reports.
