An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Scheduler I, Mechanical in Yanbu. A Scheduling role involves assembling and coordinating the information, people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done. You will be responsible for: Build a strong EHS, Quality and reliability excellence cultures, demands high standards of EHS and asset performance and models this to the team at all times. Inspect equipment in order to repair or set up preventative maintenance plans. Schedule and coordinates facility, equipment, and utility shutdowns. Formulate weekly schedule of estimated jobs and assigns to appropriate engineers, coordinates with material control on material status. Schedule maintenance requests for various equipment's based on manpower. Review and enters work orders into a computer in order to automate the scheduling process. Report status of all shutdowns and preventative maintenance to supervisor. Provide technical direction to employees of performing preventative maintenance, and inspects results. Coordinate weekly scheduling meeting. Assist in establishing time standards for work performed, as needed Coordinate parts and material acquisitions for planned work. Progresses the Work Orders through the proper status according to the workflows and practices Responsible for the scheduling and coordinating corrective maintenance, and necessary resources for manufacturing process equipment within Operations Department. Partners with Operations Department to ensure all schedules and activities can be met. Work with outside maintenance vendors, contractors, and suppliers to provide with quality parts and services Work with Maintenance team for timely procurement and acquisition of parts needed for maintenance activities. Plan Major and Minor Site Outages, including Maintenance shutdowns, minimizing the impact to Operations. Lead and coordinates scheduling for utility and infrastructure shutdowns for Preventative and Corrective maintenance Balance preventive maintenance work schedules while providing timely service on reactive work orders. Follow-up, problem-solve, trouble-shoot processes, communicating scheduling information and status of maintenance work issues with team. Monitor, track, review, and analyze open work orders and work order aging for assigned maintenance groups. Outsourced service and repairs in a timely manner Regularly review scheduling requirements, prioritize work accordingly, and where necessary, reassigning work to internal or external providers to ensure efficient use of resources in order to meet maintenance targets. reporting back all additional repair and resource requirements. Communicate with Site Managers on maintenance and repair requirements, scheduling delays and issues that may arise in relation to their plant and equipment. Liaise with process owners and other Maintenance Services employees to define preventative maintenance schedules for the work are maximised.   Minimum Qualification: Diploma degree. Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience. Knowledge & Skills Required: Analyze man-hour requirements.  Review work forecasts regularly.  Plan daily and lookahead schedules, track progress.  Prepare schedule progress & KPI reports.  Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
