Job Description Saint Luke’s East in Lee's Summit is hiring! Medical Oncology clinic is seeking a Scheduler II to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout SLHS for a minimum of two modalities within scope of position. Shift Details: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Responsibilities: Scheduling tests, procedures, treatments and services with limited supervision. Determining financial accountability providing information and referrals proactively. Problem solving concerns and issues. Providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures. Regularly assists in co-worker training. Consistently works on special projects. Consistently and accurately completes patient scheduling with limited supervision. Achieves quality score for career ladder level II as determined by Patient Access Leadership. Ability to perform scheduling in at least 2 locations within scope of the position. Consistently demonstrates the ability to problem solve customer concerns. Consistently scores 95% on customer reviews. May be part of helping develop the need for changes in department processes. Productivity goals exceeded by up to 20% where applicable.
