About the Role Due to the continuous growth and strengthening of our position Australia wide Macmahon has an opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler to support our Surface Mining Maintenance team based at our Tropicana Gold Project on an 8/6 roster. This role is responsible for ensuring the coordination of all of the logistical issues and resource allocation for the mobile maintenance weekly execution plans. Responsibilities Creation and development of weekly and fortnightly maintenance schedules for mobile mining equipment Ensuring weekly and fortnightly maintenance schedules are communicated and distributed to internal stakeholders Maintaining and updating records of maintenance costs, plant history and task changes within the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) Organising external service providers as required Creation of component bill of material lists Providing site support for maintenance and KPI reporting, such as resource utilisation and material spend Assisting with the generation of long-term budget forecasts and strategy What You’ll Bring Extensive experience with a varied range of mining equipment & heavy plant maintenance exposure Relevant trade qualification (desired) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of SAP (S4 HANA) desired. Experience with MS Office, including MS Project & Gantt Chart creation Experience working to KPIs such as schedule compliance and maintenance spend.
