This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week across the days of Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00am and 17:00pm. Please note that this role is based fully on site.
Answering and actioning calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, to provide an excellent level of customer service internal and external. Planning daily schedules on a CRM system.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a candidate who has experience within an office environment (preferably in the waste, drainage, or transport sector), and a friendly manner may have previously gained experience from any scheduling or customer related role. Most importantly you must have excellent communication, planning and IT skills.

EXPERIENCE (ADVANTAGEOUS):

  • Customer service/ Administration: 1 year
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year
  • Big Change CRM System: 1 year
  • Planning or Scheduling: 1 year
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
