As a Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients and clinical staff by managing and coordinating visit schedules for our Hospice, Home Care, and Rehab teams. You’ll work closely with Clinical Managers and field staff to ensure all care is timely, accurate, and in compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
