Planner / Scheduler
Location: Richmond, KY
Contract Rate: $75–$90 per hour (based on experience)-PER DIEM IF 50 MILES FROM RICHMOND KY
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support a high-profile project at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction schedules while ensuring critical deadlines are met. The position requires strong collaboration skills, advanced scheduling expertise, and the ability to thrive in a complex project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collect and integrate schedule data from all project disciplines.
• Identify schedule risks, restraints, and critical path activities.
• Track schedule performance, conduct analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Support development and review of schedule recovery plans, including resource and cost impacts.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide detailed reports and updates to project leadership.
