Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Manage integrated schedules for multi-disciplinary construction projects, covering design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and contractor integration Collaborate with key stakeholders—including facility owners, global supply management teams, and site contractors—to identify opportunities to accelerate timelines Coordinate with schedulers from general contractors and design-build teams to assess and monitor schedule risks using industry-standard methods such as Earned Value Management (S-curve), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and others Define and analyze critical paths across all project phases, and produce reports including KPI metrics, float trend analysis, and lookahead schedules Lead interactive planning and schedule review sessions to walk through critical paths, highlight key activities, and develop mitigation strategies for potential delays Identify and track critical milestones within the overall project schedule Validate contractor schedules for logic, duration, and sequencing, and monitor progress against baseline plans Consolidate and prepare progress reports and schedule indicators for management review Implement and maintain a robust schedule change control process, ensuring all scope and project changes are assessed and reflected in the master schedule Maintain and utilize historical data to support realistic planning and forecasting for future projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling and planning, preferably in data center or high-tech industrial environments Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, with a strong understanding of integrated project schedules Deep knowledge of construction sequencing for data centers (CSA and MEP), with the ability to critically assess contractor timelines and recommend more efficient methodologies Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines and contributing proactively to team success Working knowledge of MS Project and the full Microsoft Office suite Fluency in both spoken and written Korean and English Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
