About the Role Location: Remote – Michigan residents Are you a strong communicator, comfortable over the phone and using email? Work Monday-Friday from the comfort of your home as a remote RVM Scheduler (standard shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time). You'll use your customer care skills to handle inbound and outbound documentation and communications as part of our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team. What You'll Do Understand project operations and workflow processes to effectively manage scheduling tasks Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries on all cases needing to be scheduled Ensure accuracy and timeliness by communicating with relevant parties to complete scheduling tasks within specified timeframes Coordinate all aspects of scheduling between multiple parties, including dealerships, customers, attorneys and agents Document all interactions clearly within the RVM system to maintain accurate records Escalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to management Maintain regular and dependable attendance to support team success Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude Questions Before You Apply?
