Job Description What you'll do... Planning & scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits Manage field service engineers’ diaries and work allocation within your area in line with business targets. Arrange follow-up visits, specialist equipment, or subcontractors where needed. You will need to be able to make decisions based on a number of factors. Log and track complaints, ensuring swift resolution. Support your manager with additional admin and coordination tasks. What you’ll bring Experience in scheduling, call centre, or customer service roles Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills — confident with engineers, managers, and customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications What you will need... Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external). Confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously. Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others. Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.
